Locations Plus offers different subscription plans to meet your business needs. Each plan provides access to different features and location limits.

Available Plans

Free Plan

  • Up to 5 locations
  • Basic location management
  • Standard table view
  • Basic filtering and sorting

Standard Plan ($29/month)

  • Up to 25 locations
  • All Free plan features
  • Custom fields
  • CSV import/export
  • Basic bulk actions

Pro Plan ($99/month)

  • Up to 250 locations
  • All Standard plan features
  • Advanced bulk actions
  • Location backups
  • Priority support

Viewing Your Current Plan

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Find the Subscription Status section
  3. You'll see:
    • Your current plan
    • Number of locations used
    • Available features
    • Plan limits

Changing Your Plan

  1. Navigate to Settings
  2. In the Subscription Status section, click Change Plan (or Upgrade if on the free plan)
  3. Choose your new plan:
    • Review features and limits
    • Select the plan that fits your needs
  4. Complete the subscription change:
    • Review pricing
    • Confirm your selection
    • Update billing information if needed

Plan Limits

Each plan has specific limits:

  • Location Limit: Maximum number of locations you can manage
  • Feature Access: Which premium features are available
  • Support Level: Response time and support channels

If you exceed your plan's location limit:

  1. You'll see a warning banner
  2. You can still view existing locations
  3. You won't be able to add new locations until you:
    • Remove excess locations, or
    • Upgrade to a higher plan

Premium Features

Different plans provide access to different premium features:

Standard Plan Features

  • Custom Fields: Add custom data to your locations
  • CSV Import: Bulk import locations from CSV files
  • Basic Bulk Actions: Simple operations on multiple locations

Pro Plan Features

All Standard features, plus:

  • Location Backups: Automatic and manual location data backups
  • Advanced Bulk Actions: More complex bulk operations
  • Priority Support: Faster response times and dedicated support

Billing and Payments

  • Plans are billed monthly
  • Subscription changes take effect immediately
  • Pro-rated charges apply when upgrading
  • Downgrade changes apply at the next billing cycle

Best Practices

  1. Plan Selection:
    • Start with the Free plan to test features
    • Upgrade when you need more locations or features
    • Choose based on your growth plans
  2. Feature Usage:
    • Review available features in each plan
    • Test premium features during trial periods
    • Use the feature comparison chart when choosing plans
  3. Location Management:
    • Monitor your location count
    • Plan ahead for location growth
    • Archive unused locations to stay within limits
