The Locations Plus app provides powerful filtering and sorting capabilities to help you find and organize your locations efficiently.
Filtering Locations
Available Filters
You can filter locations by:
- Status (active/inactive)
- Online order fulfillment
- BOPIS availability
- Address fields (country, state, city)
- Custom fields
- Tags
- Search text (matches against name and address)
Using Filters
- Click the "Filter" button above the locations table
- Select the type of filter you want to apply
- Enter or select the filter criteria
- Click "Apply" to filter your locations
Combining Filters
- Multiple filters can be applied simultaneously
- Filters work together using AND logic
- Clear individual filters or all filters at once
Sorting Locations
Sort Options
Sort your locations by:
- Name
- Status
- Country
- State/Province
- City
- Created date
- Updated date
- Custom fields
Changing Sort Order
- Click the column header to sort by that column
- Click again to reverse the sort order
- Hold Shift to sort by multiple columns
Saving Views
Save your favorite combinations of filters and sorts:
- Set up your filters and sorting
- Click "Save View"
- Give your view a name
- Access saved views from the views dropdown
Tips
- Use filters before performing bulk actions
- Save commonly used filter combinations as views
- Export filtered results for reporting
- Clear all filters to see your complete location list
