What is Locations Plus?

Locations Plus is an app that helps you manage all your store locations in one place. Whether you have a few stores or hundreds of locations, you can easily keep track of addresses, contact information, and fulfillment settings for each location.

Do I need technical knowledge to use Locations Plus?

No! Locations Plus is designed to be user-friendly. If you can use Shopify's admin panel, you can use Locations Plus. Our interface is simple and intuitive, with clear labels and helpful guides throughout.

Will this affect my existing store locations?

No, installing Locations Plus won't change any of your existing locations. The app simply helps you manage them better. You can start using the features gradually at your own pace.

Common Tasks

How do I add a new location?

You'll still add new locations through your Shopify admin as usual. Once added, they'll automatically appear in Locations Plus where you can manage additional settings and information for them.

Can I hide certain information from the locations table?

Yes! You can easily customize which columns appear in your locations table:

  1. Click the "Columns" button above the table
  2. Check or uncheck boxes to show/hide information
  3. Click "Apply" to save your changes

How do I save my preferred view of the locations table?

After arranging your table exactly how you like it:

  1. Click "Save View" at the top of the table
  2. Give your view a name (like "Shipping Centers" or "Store List")
  3. Click "Save"

What features are included in the free plan?

The free plan includes:

Troubleshooting

Why can't I see all my locations?

  • Check if you have any active filters (click "Clear Filters")
  • Verify the locations exist in your Shopify admin
  • Try refreshing the page

Why did my view settings reset?

Your view might reset if:

  • You haven't saved it as a custom view
  • You're using a different browser or device
  • You've cleared your browser cache

To prevent this, always save your preferred layouts as custom views!

Data & Security

Is my store's data safe?

Yes! We take security seriously:

  • All data is stored securely within Shopify
  • We use encryption for all data transfers
  • We never store sensitive customer or payment information
  • We follow Shopify's strict security requirements

What happens to my data if I uninstall the app?

If you uninstall Locations Plus:

  • Your Shopify locations remain unchanged
  • Custom fields and saved views are kept for 30 days (in case you reinstall)
  • After 30 days, app-specific data is automatically deleted
  • You can request immediate data deletion by contacting support
