> Deleted Location Recovery

Locations Plus helps you manage deleted locations and easily restore them when needed. This feature ensures you never permanently lose your location data by accident.

Viewing Deleted Locations

To access your deleted locations:

1. Go to Settings in Locations Plus
2. Find the Deleted Locations section
3. You'll see a list showing:
   • Location names
   • When they were deleted
   • Options to restore them

Restoring Individual Locations

If you accidentally delete a location, don't worry! You can easily restore it:

1. Find the location you want to restore in the list
2. Click Restore next to that location
3. Wait for the restore process to complete
4. Your location will be restored with all its original data

Bulk Restore

Need to restore multiple locations at once? You can do that too:

1. In the Deleted Locations section, select the checkboxes next to the locations you want to restore
2. Click the Restore Selected button
3. Wait while your locations are restored one by one

Important Notes

• When restoring a location, make sure there isn't already an active location with the same name
• If there is a name conflict, you'll need to rename either the existing location or choose a different backup to restore
• All location data is restored exactly as it was when deleted, including:
  • Address information
  • Custom fields
  • Fulfillment settings
  • Local pickup settings
  • Associated metafields

Data Retention

Deleted locations are securely stored within your Shopify store's data using Shopify's metafield system. This ensures your data remains private and secure within your Shopify account.
